FRANKINCENSE (Boswellia carterii)
GROUND • WELLNESS • SACRED

Frankincense has an earthy, uplifting aroma and promotes feelings of peace and tranquility. It contains the naturally occurring constituents alpha-pinene, limonene, sabinene, and beta-caryophyllene, and supports health, beauty, and meditation. Personally, I consider Frankincense the crown jewel of my first PSK! It’s just so wonderful. I diffuse or inhale directly when I pray or meditate. I also use this oil in my daily skin serum. It is one of the best skin healers in the essential oil world. For wellness, we apply one drop of Frankincense on the crown before we begin our day.

Woodsy, balsamic, grounding and meditative. Sweet, anise/licorice–like, herbaceous
