Because it is so good for the skin, we use it at home to cleanse and soothe minor skin irritations. At bedtime I like to apply it over my heart and around my ears for quality sleep.

Lemon benefits skin and hair, and enhances your environment. Use this oil in your cleaning products and diffuse for clarity of thought, reduce stress, uplift a melancholy mood, and promote a sense of well-being. People turn to lemon in times of occasional sadness. That’s why I love having it in a diffuser! I can make sure the whole room is filled with the aroma of this happy oil. Did you know lemon can come in handy when you have to remove grime and grease? I also love to add 1 drop of Lemon Plus to my water because it’s just so refreshing and cleansing!

 

Peppermint +

BREATHE • COOL • FOCUS

Peppermint uplifts mood, supports healthy skin, and improves mental accuracy. When applied topically, its cooling action helps regulate normal body temperature. It is invigorating and refreshing when inhaled. When anyone at home needs to improve concentration, peppermint is what we diffuse! When I am hot and need to cool down, I like to mix a few drops with water into a spray bottle and make a cooling spray! Sometimes I apply a drop on the back of my neck. I also enjoy the aroma in blends and the flavor of Peppermint Plus in water or hot chocolate.

Frankincense

GROUND • WELLNESS • SACRED

Frankincense has an earthy, uplifting aroma and promotes feelings of peace and tranquility. It contains the naturally occurring constituents alpha-pinene, limonene, sabinene, and beta-caryophyllene, and supports health, beauty, and meditation. Personally, I consider Frankincense the crown jewel of my first PSK! It’s just so wonderful. I diffuse or inhale directly when I pray or meditate. I also use this oil in my daily skin serum. For wellness, we apply one drop of Frankincense on the crown before we begin our day.

Thieves®

PROTECT • VITALITY • WELLNESS

Thieves® is a traditional blend inspired by the legend of four 15th century French thieves who used this special aromatic combination to protect them from the plague while stealing from the sick. Made from cinnamon bark, clove, lemon, rosemary, eucalyptus radiata, the oils’ properties offer overall wellness, purification, and daily protection. My family cannot be without this legendary synergy. We apply Thieves on the bottoms of our feet for daily defense. We diffuse it for peace, protection, and security, while clearing the air. There’s a legit reason it’s been called the “oil of protection!”

DiGize™

SOOTHE • BALANCE • GUT

DiGize™ contains oils that have been recognized for their calming, soothing, and balancing action. This blend contains the naturally occurring constituents menthol, citral, zingiberene, and includes antioxidant properties. It is a combination of peppermint, lemongrass, patchouli, ginger, tarragon, anise, fennel, and juniper berry and is my belly buddy! I massage DiGize directly onto the abdomen or make a roller and roll around the navel before and after meals. A couple of drops of Digize Plus in a vegetable capsule is our recipe for good gut health!

R.C.™ is an invigorating blend that is calming, relaxing, and uplifting. When diffused, inhaled, or applied topically, its cool and refreshing aroma helps create the feeling of normal, clear, and deeper breathing. This is one of the oil blends I crave! I truly need to have a bottle of RC nearby all the time. I inhale it from my palm or diffuse to because it has three kinds of eucalyptus plants that are known to naturally free up the flow of oxygen in us. Guys, I kid you not. When I smell RC I always feel invigorated and better.

Purification®

Purification® is known for its cleansing, purifying, neutralizing, and uplifting action. It contains the naturally occurring compounds cineol, neral, and geranial.
